I was in a fatal car crash when I was a teenager. That's where my problems began I suffer a traumatic brain injury. I cannot retain any new information my long term and short term memory is gone. The last place I want to be is a nursing home or assisted living. My diagnosis is:Severe panic attacks/anxiety Bipolar Depression Multiple personality disorder Agoraphobia Mood disorder and PTS. I receive Medicaid for my care. Is this possible to have him a my caregiver and him get paid?

I’m sorry for your injuries. Please consider your son’s financial future and need for independence as well while you consider your own caregiving needs. Call Medicaid for a caseworker to guide you with paid caregiver options

Since you're already on Medicaid they do offer some financial help for a family member to be paid for a few hours of caregiving per week.
I don't believe it's much but I guess it's better than nothing, so check with your contact with Medicaid and they can get you going in the right direction.

But might I also say that if your son needs more money than what Medicaid will pay him(which I'm guessing he will)then you as his mother may have to do what is best for your son and agree to placed in the appropriate facility, as it's really not fair to your son to have to give up his life for you and not have much money to live on. That is selfish on your part.
Now if your son is wealthy and has all the money he needs then that's another story, but I'm guessing that's not the case. So please do right by your son.
