Is there any decent OTC hearing aid products? My mom can get tested on her Medicare but the insurance won't cover an actual hearing aid. She is not deaf just hard of hearing especially low sounds, which includes my voice at times. I offered to pay for a hearing aid even though they run from $300 on up.

I bought my first pair OTC direct from Eargo during Covid years.

I bought my second pair through Costco and used Costco's audiologist.

I think the ones that I bought online with no audiologist have about the same sound quality as the ones bought through Costco with an audiologist.

Best Buy also has some OTC products.

Just got this question last week and someone said that Amazon has an array of them. I know Costco does. My guy hated his hearing aids that were expensive and sophisticated, had to be managed on a phone app, were basically a pain in the neck to adjust. There is some talk that Apple and others will make earbuds with some sort of hearing advice to use ad lib.

For now I would check Amazon and check Costco. You might ask, also, whomever is doing mom's hearing testing, MD or otherwise.
