Find Care & Housing
I think the remedy is a sling. Usually women have this problem, first time I have heard of a man having it. This is why the frequent UTIs. Not sure if they would do surgery on a man his age. The bladder being prolapsed means he isn't voiding completely. We tell women on this site to lean forward when going to help void. Also, I find with me I need to sit a little longer and wait for an urge and I will go again. Especially in the morning.

There are ways to help prevent the UTIs. Cranberry tablets and a probiotic. Alva, an RN, swears by D-Mannose. Hopefully ur seeing an Urologist.
