Nov 2023 False report to APS while doing end of life care for my mom with bone cancer(mom had no money) by bitter step sis. March 2024 False report again to APS on end of life care for my uncle with intestinal cancer by person unkown (uncle left me some property) & years of clean up. What’s my next step to protect myself if I continue to do end of life care for others ? What am I missing here, should I file a police report encase of dv & stalking by family?

No, but you should keep a good diary of their interactions with you.
Open your home and your records to APS and tell them what you told us.
Let them do their job and you will have them gone in no time.
As long as you are on the up and up you will be judged as being so and this is the answer they will get for their reporting you.

If they are directly harassing you, then, yes, of course, you will take court action to do a stay-away order, a restraining order.

Stop the home care. Put them into AL. They obviously don't appreciate you.

This would probably make me stop doing home care for anyone .

APS must have found no negligence on ur part. Anyone can file a report does not mean you have done anything wrong. I think APS Social Workers are very aware that some complaints are false but they have to check the claim out.

Me, don't think I would do any EOL care for family members. Let their family members take care of their own. If they can't then a facility that can.

You could file a report that someone You believe is harassing You ( Bitter step sis ) People actually do this for some control reasons and Out of Jealousy . No idea why but It is a form Of abuse and harassment and stalking . I think some People are so bored with their lives they have to make someone Pay for their boredom . She Must be a very Petty Miserable person to do this .
