About a year or more I was approved for bath modifications through Ohio Waiver program. I have not received transparency or being treated with respect. My aide tells me her clients have received their modifications in a timely manner. I was told today it could be several more months. I have not been able to take a shower in a year. I wash at the sink which is difficult. My bathroom floor is becoming a hazard. My aide and family have repeatedly complained to the agency. Nothing is working. I just want what was promised and to take a shower. The lack of concern from my case manager and cold demeanor does not help. This is adding stress and anxiety to my conditions. Any advice how I can speed up the process?

Maybe reach out to your state representative (I assume this is a state funded program) or the local press.
