Also every two weeks to change my bed linens. I am okay for everything else

Find Care & Housing
You might try NextDoor and other apps and you might consider care.com. Speak also to your doctor about ways to reach out to get some minimum help. It is often difficult to find folks who will help with these short hour tasks. People tend to require a job that gives them a mimimum number of hours on a single job. This is why most agencies say they need four hours per day three days per week at a minimum to send in their folks. It is harder to get short term care if you can't lean on a family member for that.
I would go to senior centers, and would talk with anyone you know, even your pastor if you are in a faith-based community.
There are in some cities a "Village" program in which you pay a monthly fee according to your income and can then rely on volunteers to say come in, do linens changing and a load of laundry or take you shopping to the store and help you unload supplies.

I wish you good luck. There are a lot of "gig" workers out there now who LOVE hourly tasks. The problem is finding access to them. We used to rely in neighborhood papers ads and so on. I think it is more difficult now. Just try talking to everyone you can think of. Recently in my own NextDoor someone posted they missed their Trader Joe shopping trips now they no longer drove, and they had a ton of folk reaching out to them.

I wish you the very best of luck.

Check with your local Senior Service Center and see if you would qualify for any help through programs they may have.

You can contact an agency, they have caregivers that will do showers and light housekeeping.

If you are a member of a Church or other religious organization they may have volunteers that might help with the housework.

And you might want to think about making changes, if you need help with showering and changing bedding now it may not be long before you need more help. You might want to tour some Assisted Living facilities.
